Purpose of the dashboard
Amongst many factors, the lack of communication plagues the progress of a university society. To make an impact on your members and the university, this societies dashboard is designed to help the society’s committee to allocate tasks, collate ideas and work on projects (events etc) all in one place.
As the president is often the most active communicator, they can keep ALL teammates updated with each other by regularly updating the dashboard.
FAQs
How do I share this with my team?
If you’re using the free version of Notion, you can only share this with 5 other committee members.
I advise you to create a new workspace in your notion and duplicate the dashboard into it. Then you can share it with your teammates without interfering your personal workspace.
If you create a Notion account using a university email address, you maybe able to share with an unlimited number of guests.
