As a medical student, we all suffer from common problems like mental health, information overwhelm and self-esteem (to name a few). Much of this stems from personal decisions but also the way your medical school treats you.

It’s important to remember that Medical Schools have the power to make your life significantly easier but they can only act if they are aware of the problems experienced by you, the students.

However, it takes courage and effort to speak up and tell your superiors what they’re doing wrong. If you approach it incorrectly, It’s like telling your mum that she’s a bad parent… It builds a bad reputation…
